IS THIS A GOOD FIT?
We might be a good fit if this feels familiar
-
Within yourself
When anxiety, low moods, or self-doubt are hard to shake.
-
In how you communicate
When your real feelings don’t come out the way you mean them.
-
In your relationships
When it feels like the same fight, over and over again.
-
In patterns you want to change
When you feel ashamed of how you react, and change feels out of reach.
You don’t need the right words for what you’re carrying. These are some of the things people bring to therapy with me, and my style allows me to work with many concerns beyond them.
Not sure where you fit?

THE APPROACH
My approach is simply this: direct and relational
Understanding yourself and your relationships more deeply, so you can begin to make different choices.
Direct
Warm, but honest.
I’m not afraid to ask difficult questions, point out patterns, or gently challenge you when something important needs a closer look.
Relational
Known, understood, supported.
We look beneath the surface at the patterns, beliefs, and ways of relating that shape how you experience yourself and others.
Foundation
The Satir Model
A humanistic framework for connecting with your experience, building self-esteem, transforming coping patterns, and changing how you communicate.
Virginia Satir’s five freedoms: the freedom to…
Also integrated
Relational & attachment-based methods
Trauma-informed. We cannot change what has happened to us, but we can change how it affects us.
GETTING STARTED
